Who I Am
I'm Uilton, and I love building things with technology. My journey started with long hours writing code, configuring servers, learning from borrowed books and by trial and error. That curiosity eventually led me to found companies, build and manage teams across time zones, and take products from early ideas to production.

Today, I'm the CTO at Prodeal, where we make commercial real-estate transactions more efficient through our VDR platform. My day-to-day is about connecting engineering decisions to business outcomes and ensuring our product and engineering teams have what they need to deliver value for our customers.
Learning has always been a core part of who I am. I'm a self-learner, and alongside my work in industry, I've continued studying. At the moment, I'm a Creative Industries PhD student at Universidade Feevale, exploring not only what technology can do, but how people relate to it.
Outside of work, I'm still very much a builder. I maintain a homelab that's always evolving, collect and restore old computers, and I definitely own more mechanical keyboards than I should. I spend my time with my wife and kids, and I try to stay active by running and working out when I can.
I was born in the south of Brazil, far from big tech hubs, and my path has been guided mostly by curiosity and persistence. I'm grateful for where I started and for everything that has unfolded since. Even after years working with technology, I'm still fascinated by how far a simple idea and a computer can take us, and I hope that sense of wonder never leaves me.
