Throughout my career, I've led globally distributed teams and developed expertise in establishing high-performing nearshore product and engineering teams across LATAM.

As CTO at Prodeal, I lead the development of a purpose-built virtual data room platform for commercial real estate. Our solution simplifies due diligence, secures document management, and enhances collaboration among stakeholders. My focus is on empowering our engineering and product teams to deliver value to our customers and partners.

I previously co-founded Ocapi, Brazil's leading dynamic creative optimization company, which was later acquired by Reamp/Jellyfish. At Ocapi, we delivered up to 2.5 billion ad impressions per month to major clients, including Globo, Samsung, and Brookfield. Earlier in my career, I led Funcional Tecnologia, where we developed custom solutions for clients including 20th Century Fox and Warner Music.

I'm currently pursuing a PhD in Creative Industries, focusing on trust and transparency in artificial intelligence. I hold a Master's in Creative Industries, where I explored user perceptions of AI-generated content on social media, as well as degrees in Software Engineering and Business Administration.
